Maxagrid’s Director of Sales, Patti Shannon, announced today that she will resign from the company’s executive team on June 30, 2003 in order to pursue entrepreneurial interests. “After 22 years in radio sales, research and yield management,” says Shannon, “I am excited to be in a position to work on a variety of projects, which will include a newly defined role with Maxagrid.”

Over the past eight years, Shannon has sold Maxagrid applications and, in a consultant role, helped radio sales managers execute supply-demand pricing strategies. In addition, Shannon spearheaded the creation of Maxagrid’s on-site and web-based training programs and represented the company in public speaking engagements.

Elaborating on her new pursuits, Shannon says, “In the short term, I will continue to sell Maxagrid applications and to provide yield management consulting services to a select group of broadcasters. I am also pursuing a new career in residential real estate, which is another passion, and will join the Bainbridge Island office of John L. Scott Real Estate in August. I hope my long-time broadcast friends will call on me to help them with relocations across the country, so that I may provide them with the same high level of service in their personal lives that I have worked so hard to do in their professional lives.”
