Virtual Meetings Take Place of Market Visits!

Effective November 1st 2001, all physical trips into client markets will be converted to virtual sessions using Maxagrid's Meeting Center. In consideration of the cost to clients for travel and the increasing difficulty in planning trips into markets, Maxagrid takes the lead in vendor support systems. The Meeting Center will be key for the promotion of quality communication and service to all clients in all sized markets.

As the continuation of a program started almost one year ago, Maxagrid General Manager, Alec Drake announced a full commitment to the use of the WebEx platform. "We will take the benefit of this new technology past its initial use in training of new clients and make it standard for client interaction at every level. In light of the positive response from clients who have used this virtual approach and the new circumstances we all operate in since September 11th, this is an idea whose time has come." Maxagrid will conduct one on-site market trip for new clients as a kick-off for the Maxagrid program once installed. Ala-carte trips back into the market can be requested at the contracted per diem rates.

Virtual meetings are available Monday through Friday between 8:30AM and 5:30PM CST at the Maxagrid Meeting Center. There are no additional costs or charges incurred for use of the virtual meeting option. At this time, there is no limit on the number of virtual meetings scheduled for each client or station.
