They are ready to respond in real time to your specific questions and find answers quickly when you call. All requests for help with your Maxagrid system should be submitted through the help desk during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST Monday through Friday.

Maxagrid's meeting center and training link on the home page of the web site provide both on-demand support and scheduled training when needed. Using the latest technology, Maxagrid is making available recorded sessions on different aspects of application use. Watch as this area of the web site grows to include more on demand training vignettes that can steer you in the right direction for answers and how-to videos.
