Maxagrid Clients / Terms And Conditions List:

The following list is compiled from various clients who attached these terms and conditions to their rate classes. Remember rate classes benefit the customer and terms and conditions typically benefit the station. Terms and conditions also expand the negotiation options for your sellers.

  1. All rates are based on supply and demand, they will change depending on start date and length of campaign.
  2. For narrowed dayparts or timebands, add 25% to the broad daypart rate.
  3. New clients will prepay the initial campaign; thereafter, clients with approved credit will pay within 30 days of invoice date.
  4. Cancellations shall not be accepted within 28 days of broadcast date.
  5. ROS = Run of Station - No guaranteed rotation of days, subject to availability and minimum buy of 84 ads over two weeks.
  6. TAP = Total Audience Plan – Full rotation of days, and dayparts subject to availability and minimum buy of 84 ads over two weeks.
  7. Rates are valid for 14 days after which they may be subject to change.
  8. All rates are net of all discounts including any agency commissions.
  9. Late payment will attract the following charges: 31-39 days after invoice = +2%, 40-60 days after invoice =+5%, 60+ days after invoice =+7%.
  10. Cash in advance orders earn a 10% discount on prevailing rates.
  11. 30 days lead time required for all orders.
  12. All make goods will run inside campaign dates; subject to availability.
  13. Trade schedules are subject to immediate preemption on the following weeks: 5/1/97-5/30/97, 9/1/97-11/30/97.
  14. Minimum expenditure to qualify for this rate class is $40,000 per year.
  15. Clients who wish to add to existing schedules can use earned rates if addition is limited to 10% of existing schedule.
  16. Schedules must use at least 5 days and dayparts each week of campaign.
  17. Rates are for planning purposes only and do not constitute a confirmed rate to be used when the schedule airs on the station.
  18. Station reserves the right to substitute dayparts or programs of equal audience levels.
  19. Clients on this rate class must have invoice paid within 45 days of the invoice date.
