  2. In the first column, place a checkmark by the client ONLY IF: The proposal has been made and it has an 85% or better chance of closing.
  3. This report is due each Friday afternoon before close of business. When you refresh it next Friday, simply line through deals that have closed or are now dead and add new information as needed.
