System Setup

System Options

You can set the number of weeks to load and other general preferences. Your Maxagrid Representative will assist with verification of these settings.

General

On this tab, you are able to setup defaults that will be used in the system. How many weeks will be loaded, ability to use ROS and narrowed times, as well as other management decisions.

Sales Proposal

This tab allows you to set options to be used when creating and printing sales proposals.

Other Options

If the phrase ‘terms and conditions’ is not what you wish to be printed on sales proposals, we have the ability to alter this text to fit our needs.

Control Files Path

For network systems it is necessary for all computers to access the same data files. If a network is not available, each user will be ‘pathed’ to their local drive. If this is the case, then the station will need a master computer where all changes to the application will be made, including: new rate classes, rate changes, pending business, and traffic loads. After the master system has been updated, then these changes will be transferred to all other computers that have Advanced Revenue Management System installed.

Sales Proposals Path

For network systems it is necessary for all computers to be pathed to the same sales folder on the network, so that an administrator can view all saved sales proposals and determine which should be put into pending business. This also allows for easy maintenance of those proposals.

Archives Path

For network systems it is necessary for all computers to be pathed to the same archive folder. This is where all deleted proposals are stored.
