Maxagrid On-Site Training

On-site training is one step in the primary installation of Maxagrid for new clients and sets a benchmark for use of the systems. On this visit the following will be covered:

• Check capacities
• Traffic load current and working. Results match printed report.
• Determine what priority codes are being loaded. Are they including broad day rotators? Trade? No charges? Low charges? If not and the spots are going to have to run, are they being entered in as pending business?
• Check number of weeks loaded.
• Is a regular download schedule understood between traffic and sales management?
• Are user names and properties OK under File/Users/Administration?
• Review settings under File/System Setup/System Options and make changes as needed.
• Ask them to send a copy of the data files for backup.
