Advanced Revenue Management System Interactive Training

Our Interactive Web-Based training is provided by using the Internet and WebEx to view the application while dialing into an established conference center for verbal instruction. Part of the learning experience will include you taking control of our computer here in Dallas to get the hands-on experience so that you are comfortable working in the application. You can enjoy this hands-on training in the comfort of your own office while working with your peers from across the country. Training classes are FREE. See our online class schedule below for times.

Schedule

Maxagrid offers a 4 hour training for Managers 10a-12p on Tuesday and Wednesday CST on the second Tuesday of every month and Account Executives 1-2 hours on an as needed basis. If you would like to register, click on a date below or contact Michelle Reese.

Note: February will be on the first Tuesday of the month.

If there are no attendies signed up a week prior to the training the training will be cancelled.

Manager Training

Manager training is regularly scheduled over a 2-day period, with no more than eight managers per class. Simply carve out 2 hours per session your schedule. Teaching is done on a demo system, but you will get to apply that knowledge to your station's system immediately after class. To register for class, call Michelle Reese, at 972-241-2110.

Account Executive Training

Account Executive training is available in a group setting by appointment, with up to 8 AEs in each session.

Requirements:

All AEs are seated around one computer screen, preferably a display on a large screen in a conference room.

A sales manager is present to help field questions and make sure everyone is keeping up with the instructor. Talk with Michelle Reese to schedule.
