Generating a Skim Avails Report

1. Place report in the Encoda print que that you want to export
2. Close down all open files so you can see your desktop in the background
3. Go to start button at bottom of your screen, click Programs, click AS400
   (this may have your call letters with it, you want the file that has your AS400 set up in it).
4. Select AS400 Operations Navigator
5. Should pull up a double window
6. XXXX400 click on "+" sign in box
7. Basic operations
8. Printers
9. Click on the printer where your file is, (ie: prt01)
10. Find file in right hand window
11. Click on file and move it to your desktop
12. Attach and send via E-mail
