Settings for Generating the Export File

Open CBSI and repeat the following for each station:

1. Go to Regular Reports (left hand of the screen).
2. Select Unit Avails Report (right hand of the screen).
3. Select either Units or Minutes, depending on the desired format (typically units).
4. Change the Output Format to Export Only. (If you print the report daily set it to Print & Export).
   Note: If the export option is not available then the "add-on" allowing an export from CBSI has not been installed. Contact CBSI.
5. Set the path to the drive where the application is located on the server, then :\MXGW4\Traffic\stationcalls.RCS. (Example: C:\MXGW4\Traffic\KAAA.RCS)
6. Select Options at the top of the screen and Save Design As... "Maxagrid" (you may save as the default if you wish).

Exporting the File

1. Open CBSI.
2. Select the desired station.
3. Click on Options
4. Open Design
5. Click on Maxagrid
6. Click Print, Ok and Ok again.
7. Load file in Maxagrid.
