How do I verify that Advanced Revenue Management System has the same capacities that I have in traffic?

Click on Yield; go to Inventory Controls/Capacities, choose the station and click on the Inventory Capacity tab. Click on the word 'Begin' at the top of the screen to organize the time segments by daypart. At this point, we want to verify that the capacities match the ones in traffic. If traffic tracks by units then we want to have the correct number of units and have the time reflect 1 minute per unit (30 seconds for television). If we track by minutes and sell any 30's then we want to have 2 units per minute. If we track both then set the appropriate value for minutes and units. If there are any questions on how this should be set, please call the customer service help desk (972-241-2110).

Select load switch - initialize with traffic model prior to data load - browse to second file - process traffic data import - Save.

I change a load switch or the data path to the traffic file and hit save and it does not save the changes - why?

The settings on this screen will not save until a successful traffic load has been done. Click on 'process traffic data import' and if the application gives a response of 'Import: Successful', then the application will have saved any setting changes that have been made.
