Enter pending business.

By having AEs use the proposal function to price inventory, you can add pending business by proposal to place by day, daypart, and selected flight. Select Sales/Proposal Summary/Proposals List and highlight the proposals which you would like to apply to pendings and click on Update Pendings. There is an option: Incremental Update or Replace Existing. Incremental Update - adds to the pending already existent for the period that is selected. Replace Existing - replaces the pending spots previously entered for the period that is selected.

Delete saved sales proposals.

Click on Sales/Proposal Summary/Proposals List and highlight the proposal you wish to delete. Click Delete. Select a reason for deleting. The proposal is then sent to an archive folder. Prior to deleting the proposal, you can use the Update option to add notes, stating more clearly why it is being deleted. Do this if the data will help you in future analysis of client buying habits
