Forecast Data

Print a rate card for individual weeks.

Select Sales/Forecast Date/Individual Weeks and click Print and select broadcast weeks. For consecutive weeks, click and drag or for nonconsecutive weeks hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard and select. Select Individual Weeks or Flighted Weeks and choose to print All Forecast Combinations or click No to select forecast combinations.

Note: Each printed report has a maximum of eight columns per page.

When all weekly selections are made, click on OK. Flighted Weeks print menu appears. If you want all forecast combinations (dayparts) to appear on the report, click on Yes and the forecast will be sent to the printer. If you only want to print certain forecast combinations, click on No. If your response was No, then the Forecast Combinations menu appears. Click and drag to highlight desired forecast combinations or use the "Ctrl" key and click on desired weeks. Then click OK and forecast will be sent to the printer.

Use the same procedures to view or print any other type of data for individual weeks. The data that appears on the screen when you select Print, is the data that will appear on the printed report (unless doing an advanced avails report).

Print rate card for flighted weeks.

Select the information you would like to have printed by choosing the appropriate option from the dropdown menu. Click on Flight. An Applicable Weeks Selection menu appears. Click on the weeks you want to select. A list of selected weeks will appear in the box on the right side of screen. To select weeks in future months, click on the down arrow. After selecting weeks, click OK. You can also select longer, consecutive amounts of weeks by using Range Select. When the grid screen returns, click on Print. The Forecast Data Print menu appears. You have the option to type in additional header information, notes and whether you want the spot length to print on the report. Then click on Print. The Flighted Weeks Print menu appears. If you want all forecast combinations (dayparts) to appear on the report, click on Yes and the forecast will be sent to the printer. If you want to print certain forecast combinations, click on No. The Forecast Combinations menu appears. Click and drag to highlight desired forecast combinations or use the "Ctrl" key and click to select. Then click OK and the forecast will be sent to the printer.

Create a custom daypart.

Highlight the daypart description that is closest to the one you want to build. Click on the Custom button. Pre-defined Combinations will disappear. In their place, you will see a list of daypart cells that correspond to your highlighted daypart. Select week(s) by clicking on the Flight button and then click on the individual dayparts on the grid to add or delete cells from the custom daypart. The average rate of all selected cells will be displayed directly above the Custom button. Follow the same print procedures to print the new daypart. The full grid will print with new daypart's average rate being displayed below it. Click off the Custom button when done.

Print only certain forecast combinations.

If you wish to print only certain forecast combinations to display for the client, this can be done from the Sales/Forecast Data/Individual Weeks tab.

Need ratings information.

Ratings information can be found under Sales/Forecast Data/Rate Classes, Individual Weeks, or Flighted Weeks also Sales/Sales Proposal/Grid View. From the above listed screens, click on the Demo button, choose the Survey, Demo Group and click on OK. Click on the drop down menu at the button of the screen and choose; average audience, cost per point or cost per thousand.
