Consulting

Maxagrid provides a consultancy that incorporates the latest in yield management strategies, sales buy-in, customized solutions and organizational best practices. For 20 years we have been helping stations and groups find new ways to increase yields on broadcast time.

“Revenue Reclamation”
Maxagrid applications help stations capture revenues that are being missed in the day-to-day selling of inventory. The potential of our yield management solution can be identified using “Revenue Reclamation Analysis”. Capturing a small percentage of spoilage as found revenues could add millions of dollars to a group’s bottom line.

“Best Practices”
With Maxagrid yield management “best practices” there are three key benefits.

  1. System rates increase incrementally to improve yield and manage price sensitive business.
  2. Stations sell more inventory that typically gets left behind by customers and your sellers alike.
  3. Weekly analysis creates a focus on position and price keyed to demand forecasting.

“Yield Management Resources”
In keeping with our efforts to spread the good news about “Yield Management” as a pricing practice, the National Association of Broadcasters recognized the importance of this effort and asked Maxagrid to provide the content for several NAB publications and videos. In addition, you are invited to subscribe to “News to the Max” our electronic newsletter. This informative publication includes strategic insights regarding the application of yield management in broadcast and provides tips on the use of Maxagrid systems.
